Top 10 Tips on Daily Spirituality from BaliSpirit Festival Teachers

Life is busy. It can be all too easy to wake up, check your email, and rush to work without ever taking a second for yourself. Fortunately, you don’t need to have too much free time each day to focus on your spirituality. The trick is starting small. Waking up and taking a few deep breaths before getting out of bed, doing a quick five minute yoga session, or stopping to smell the flowers on your way out the door can do wonders for your physical, mental, and spiritual health. The more you focus on yourself and your surroundings, the more attuned and relaxed you will be. If you think you don’t have time to focus on your daily spirituality, consider what each of these BaliSpirit festival teachers have to say. You may just find that you have time after all.
