Intuitive Flow Yoga

As far as yoga studios go, it doesn’t get more scenic than Intuitive Flow. Here you can practice your asanas while gazing out at the distant volcanic peak of Mount Agung on one side and the lush, green Campuhan Valley on the other. The upper level open-air studio offers pleasant breezes and bright sunlight that filters through the large sliding windows, and there is a separate area downstairs for private sessions and healing therapies. In addition to daily yoga classes, Intuitive flow also offers accredited teacher training programs, retreats and holistic therapies such as reiki and massage.

Practitioners at Intuitive Flow study Yoga Pranala, which is a combination of Vinyasa flow, energy movement, breathing, meditation and deep relaxation. The movements are gentle, yet still challenging, and they work to activate life force, release stress and promote better circulation, self-awareness and inner peace. Classes are led by Linda Madani, a certified Registered Yoga Teacher and healer who has studied under the renowned Balinese healer Tjokorda Rai since 1996. She offers group and private sessions as well as personalized yoga and healing programs.

For those looking to take their yoga training to the next level, Intuitive Flow also offers intensive 200-hour yoga teacher training courses. The courses span 22 days and consist of in-class contact hours and practice, as well as reading and reports. Students who successfully complete the course can register with Yoga Alliance to gain certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) status, which is recognized around the world. Teacher training courses at Intuitive Flow include accommodation in the stunning and serene Abing Terrace Resort and a unique Balinese initiation ceremony at the end of the course.
